Over $50,000 back to our Community
We are delighted to share that with your help we have been able to donate over $50,000 to our community since partnering with Friendlier in 2022.
Through your participation in our ‘Return to Donate’ program, we have seen up to a 90% of the Friendlier containers returned for re-use, and we are giving back to this wonderful community that we all share.
Contribution Breakdown:
Community Fund: $26,614.50
CCFC: $14,291.50
Parkdale Food Centre: $10,741.50
Cambridge Street Mural Project: $10,000
With your help amazing organizations like the Centretown Community Food Centre and the Parkdale Food Centre have been able to keep assisting those in need through these donations. We added a bright splash of colour to Gladstone Ave. through the Cambridge School Mural Project.
Most recently, The Red Apron Community Fund has been able to provide support to Wander the Forest and the Mamidosewin Centre at Algonquin College, whose goal is to empower and support Indigenous students in a way that is respectful and reflective of Indigenous cultures.
